Guest Travel
All travel on behalf of the University to conduct business requires approval before the trip begins.
All employees and students need pre-approval to travel even if no reimbursement will be requested. The travel request covers an employee for liability purposes with worker’s compensation insurance and assists in travel reporting.
All faculty, staff, and students are required to register on the MyTrips portal before traveling internationally and are encouraged to do so before traveling domestically.
Deadline:
- Submit domestic travel requests a MINIMUM of 2 weeks before the trip.
- Submit foreign travel requests a MINIMUM of 4 weeks before the trip.
